Attention bikey mechanic nerds. Any ideas on why this has happened? This is the second time the brake pad spring in the rear caliper has gotten mangled. Tons of pad left. This is BB7 road caliper on a single speed CX bike that is treated like a 90’s mnt bike. Extra points for avoiding the obvious responses: “run hydro’s,” or “don’t run avids”
